1.Who we are
PeopleAds (“PeopleAds”, “we”, “us”) is a programmatic advertising platform operated by FMD Media Group LTD, a company incorporated in Israel under company number 514951086, with its registered office at Arlozorov Street 111, Tel Aviv, Israel.
FMD Media Group LTD is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact contact@peopleads.co.
2.What this policy covers
This policy applies to:
- visitors to peopleads.co;
- people who contact us or work with us on behalf of publishers, demand partners and other business partners;
- people whose device or browser information is processed in programmatic advertising transactions that pass through our platform.
3.Our advertising services
PeopleAds connects publishers' advertising inventory with demand partners. Through Prebid and OpenRTB, our platform:
- receives ad requests from publishers and supply partners;
- sends bid requests to demand partners and receives their bids;
- returns the winning ad to the publisher;
- records transaction events for reporting, billing, reconciliation and traffic-quality checks.
We do not have a direct relationship with the people who see ads on publishers' websites and apps. Publishers are responsible for informing their users and for collecting any consent required on their properties. We pass the privacy and consent signals they provide to demand partners unaltered, and we process advertising data in line with those signals.
4.Information we process
Website. IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, date and time of access, and technical error and security logs.
Business contacts. Name, company, job title, business email and phone, partnership type, the content of your messages, and contractual and billing information.
Advertising transactions. Depending on the publisher and the integration:
- transaction data: request and auction IDs, placement, format and size, bids, auction outcomes and impression events;
- device data: device type, operating system, browser, user agent, IP address and, where provided and permitted, advertising identifiers;
- context: website or app, content category, approximate location derived from IP, language;
- privacy signals: consent strings and other privacy indicators sent with the request.
We do not knowingly receive names, email addresses or other directly identifying information in advertising transactions. We do not process special category data for advertising.
5.Why we process it, and our legal bases

7.International transfers
We operate from Israel. The European Commission recognises Israel as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred from the EEA, and the UK recognises Israel as adequate for transfers from the UK. When we transfer data from Israel to partners or providers in other countries, we use the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
8.How long we keep it
- Bid-level advertising logs: 90 days
- Aggregated reporting data, which does not identify devices: 12 months
- Business contact and contractual records: for the duration of the relationship, then as long as required by tax and accounting law
- Website server logs: up to 90 days
After these periods, we delete or anonymise the data.
9.Security
We protect personal information with access controls, encryption in transit and monitoring of our systems. No system is completely secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact contact@peopleads.co.
10.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
EEA and UK. You can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
United States. Residents of states with privacy laws can request access, correction and deletion, and can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. Send your request to contact@peopleads.co with your device's advertising identifier. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Israel. Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you can request access to and correction of your information. You can also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
To exercise your rights, see Privacy Choices or email contact@peopleads.co. We may ask for information to verify your request. In advertising, data is linked to a device rather than a name, so we may need your advertising identifier to find any records.
11.Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly process children's personal information for targeted advertising. Publishers must flag inventory directed at children, and we treat such traffic accordingly.
12.Changes
When we update this policy, we change the date at the top. For significant changes, we give additional notice where required by law.
